All items are made to order and shipped within 3 to 10 business days of you placing the order using DHL Express, UPS or USPS depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All items are made to order, so please allow 3 to 10 business days production time for your order to ship out. Our average shipping times are between 14 to 21 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us info@flowerpotgreenery.com


I've received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, please contact our customer service team by email at info@flowerpotgreenery.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, item name, and photo of the defect in the email.

• Please note if you contact us outside of the 3-business day window the item may not qualify for replacement or return.

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing or accessories caused by improper care or incorrect sizing.

• The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer/phone monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.


I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We're sorry there's an item missing from your order. Before contacting our Customer Care team, we recommend checking the following:

• We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

• The item(s) you ordered may have been out of stock - it's worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we've sent you an email about this.

If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 7 calendar days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
